Use of the Site

By accessing and browsing the E3D website, the user undertakes to:

• Use the website responsibly and in compliance with the law and established standards.
• Do not use the website to transmit viruses, malicious programs or carry out fraudulent and illegal activities.

Purchase Conditions

E3D offers on-demand 3D printing services, including custom products according to customer-provided specifications.

When making a purchase, the customer accepts the following conditions:

Product Customization

Each product is manufactured based on the information and files sent by the customer. Please ensure all specifications provided are correct before ordering. E3D is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Note: 3D created parts may contain small defects or marks resulting from the media required for production. These media are an inherent part of the 3D printing production process and guarantee the viability of manufacturing.

Payment

The customer must make full payment at the time of order confirmation. Accepted payment methods are detailed on the website.

Production and Delivery Deadline

The indicated deadlines vary according to the complexity and specificity of the request. The customer will be informed of the estimated production and delivery time at the time of purchase. E3D undertakes to make every effort to meet deadlines, but is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as carriers.

Cancellation

Once the order is confirmed and production has started, cancellation will not be possible due to the custom nature of our products.

Client Responsibilities

The client undertakes to:

• Provide clear and detailed technical files, drawings or specifications essential for the production of the order.
• Ensure that all content submitted complies with intellectual property laws and does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
• Remove and inspect products upon receipt, reporting defects or damage within 48 hours of delivery.

E3D Responsibilities

E3D is committed to:

• Produce the ordered products in accordance with the specifications provided by the customer.
• Inform the customer of any technical impossibility in manufacturing or necessary changes.
• Offer technical and after-sales assistance in line with our Warranty Policy.

Warranty and Limitations

In compliance with applicable legislation, all products manufactured by E3D include a 3-year warranty period. However, the customer should be aware that certain limitations apply:

• Customized products cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects directly attributable to E3D.
• Improper use, alterations or manipulations made by the customer may invalidate the warranty.
• Damages arising from circumstances beyond E3D's control, such as improper transportation by third parties, will not be held liable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the E3D website, including texts, images, logos, graphics and other elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. Its reproduction, modification, distribution or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited.

The client confirms that the files and drawings sent for production do not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. E3D reserves the right to refuse to produce products that violate these rights or the legal framework.
