Shipping and Refund Policy

Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery time

At E3D , our products are manufactured to order and customized according to the specifications provided by customers. Therefore, delivery times include the time required for production and transportation.

Production Deadline

The estimated production time will be informed at the time of ordering and may vary depending on the complexity of the project.

Note: 3D created parts may contain small defects or marks resulting from the media required for production. These media are an inherent part of the 3D printing production process and guarantee the viability of manufacturing.

Shipping Deadline

  • After production, the shipping time in mainland Portugal is generally 1 to 5 working days.
  • Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira): Shipping costs for these locations must be requested in advance by email to geral@e3d.pt , and delivery times will be informed according to the applicable shipping service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the order value:

  • Free shipping for orders worth €50 or more (VAT included).
  • For orders under €50 , a flat fee of €5.50 (VAT included) applies.
  • For the Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira) , transport costs and conditions must be requested in advance via email geral@e3d.pt .

Delivery Conditions

E3D uses reliable carriers to ensure products are delivered in good condition. However, delays caused by external factors are not our responsibility.

It is recommended that the customer inspects the condition of the packaging upon delivery. If you detect damage, you must inform the carrier and contact E3D within a maximum period of 48 hours via email geral@e3d.pt .

Refunds and Returns

Return policy

Due to the personalized nature of the products, returns and refunds are not permitted, with the exception of specific cases related to manufacturing defects or damage resulting from transportation.

Defective or Damaged Products

If, upon receiving the order, the customer identifies a problem, the following procedure must be followed:

  1. Take photos of the product and describe the problem in detail.
  2. Send the information to the email geral@e3d.pt within a maximum period of 48 hours after delivery.

After analyzing the case, the following actions can be taken:

  • Item repair at no additional cost.
  • Replacement with a new product with the same specifications.
  • Refund , if none of the above options apply.

Important Note: Any damage resulting from misuse or improper handling by the customer will not be covered.

Order Cancellation

After the order is confirmed and production begins, it will not be possible to make cancellations due to the customization of the products. We ask customers to check all information in detail before finalizing the purchase.

Returns Procedure

If it is necessary to return a product (if authorized), the customer must contact us in advance via email geral@e3d.pt . Products sent without authorization will not be accepted, and any additional costs that may arise will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
